Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services is hiring an Application Engineer Electrical/Electronics to support RF/Microwave and digital test systems. The role requires 1–7 years of relevant experience and a BE/ME in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Immediate joiners or 30 days notice are preferred. Responsibilities include pre-sales engineering, technical demonstrations, tender preparation, and post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Application Engineering: Assist field sales to meet/exceed quota with technical expertise.
• May be client- or product-oriented; contribute to sales account planning and deal closure.
• Owns the deals technical closure and analyzes competition to identify OEM advantages.
• Prepare tender compliance specifications and highlight benefits to customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions; perform pre-sales demos.
• Conduct seminars/workshops on RF/Microwave/Electronics/Electrical topics at key locations.

Job Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Application Engineering:
• Assists the field sales organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise.
• May be client or product oriented.
• Contributes to sales account planning.
• Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure.
• Owns the deals technical closure.
• Is knowledgeable of competition and able to identify lockout specification (identify OEM's competitive advantage over competition).
• Helps prepare tender compliance specification documents highlighting benefits to customers.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution.
• Is responsible for pre-sales demos and for enhancing customers experience and satisfaction.
• Does Seminars / Workshops on RF/Microwave/Electronics/Electrical subjects to customers at key locations / customer sites.
• Post -Sales Technical Support:
• Post Sales product installation at customer sites across locations.
• Do product and domain related trainings for customers on the equipment sold.
• Do preliminary functional checks and performance checks on equipment.
• Prepare application notes based on applications identified in the market.
