Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators is seeking a site coordinator to ensure smooth execution of concrete pours at project sites in India. You will supervise operations, monitor safety, and coordinate with QC and workforce to meet pour specifications.

The role focuses on on-site customer interactions, problem resolution related to pumping, pouring and labour handling, and ensuring adherence to infrastructure readiness and quality guidelines in every pour.

Responsibilities

• KRA1 Customer Management: Interact with customers during the execution and gather feedback; Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escalates nonresolvable issues
• KRA2 Product Delivery: Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations; Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure effecient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues; Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)

As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.
