Job summary

Techmission in Indore is seeking an Application Engineer with 3+ years of experience in industrial design and control panels. The role focuses on developing expertise in Rockwell Automation products and applying this knowledge to customer environments and applications.

You will prepare technical documentation, presentations and other tools to support sales and domain experts, review customer specs, and interface with customers on technical, schedule and commercial aspects of orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with industrial design and/or industrial control panels.
• Develop knowledge of Rockwell products and be able to speak to their benefits in various applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, webinars, videos and other tools to improve sales force and domain expert effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical expertise and commercial knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and customer environments and applications.
• Prepare technical materials to improve sales force and domain expert effectiveness in asset management topics.
• Review and understand customer specifications and drawings.
• Interface with the customer on technical, schedule and commercial aspects of the order.
• Resolve and document exceptions and questions.
• Prepare BOM for orders.
