Role

This role is an “Outcome Architect” focused on designing modular, secure internal products, proof-of-concept toolkits, and field utilities for Global Sales Engineering. The position emphasizes AI-augmented development (“vibe coding”) using LLMs and AI assistants to rapidly move from concept to field-ready tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structurally sound, modular, and scalable internal products, POCs, and field utilities.
• Use AI agents and LLMs (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and delivery.
• Own full-stack development and maintenance of field operations tools, APIs, and interfaces using the most appropriate language or approach.
• Architect automated “lab-on-demand” solutions for Identity Security scenarios (PAM, Secrets Management).
• Serve as the technical expert and translator between Sales Engineering needs and functional technical assets.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design, data flow, and building resilient, secure systems.
• Expert at using AI interfaces (Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) as a primary development environment to write, debug, and refactor.
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying in AWS or Azure.
• Experience automating infrastructure and workflows to create seamless internal experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure/Tools roles.
• Deep understanding of Identity Security, Zero Trust, or Secrets Management.
• Curiosity about autonomous AI development agents and future AI-driven workflows.

• Role is office-first; most teams work from the office full time with flexibility when needed.
