Vibehackers seeks a Senior Technical Leader/Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI-enabled software delivery for IoT/telecom clients. You will lead Agentic Pods and translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, cloud-native architectures while mentoring teams in AI-assisted engineering practices.

You will guide AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, and documentation, ensuring security and maintainability across the SDLC.

Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, and DevOps.
Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC): AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants in day-to-day engineering.
Experience creating structured technical specifications and prompts to improve AI-assisted delivery outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in consulting or customer-facing solution roles.
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent development models.
Experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.
Experience driving engineering transformation initiatives.
