Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
• 12–14 years of technical and delivery leadership experience.
• 3+ years as Senior Architect or similar with C#, React and AWS.
• Strong with C#/.NET, Python and AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex software solutions using C#, React and AWS cloud services.
• Evangelize and embed AI-enabled development practices (Copilot, Claude, Cursor).
• Promote a design-first engineering culture through ideation, validation and iteration.
• Oversee delivery excellence, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder discussions.
• Implement AI/ML models and GenAI use cases into production; develop POCs.
• Coach technical leads on architecture, Vibe Coding and innovation; conduct code reviews.
• Implement cloud security, monitoring and performance optimization best practices.
• Continuously evaluate technologies and methodologies to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12–14 years of technical and delivery leadership experience.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Senior Architect or similar role focusing on C#, React and AWS.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework; proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQL, etc.).
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker) and SPA/micro front‑end architectures.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Octopus, ADO).
• Experience using design thinking tools (Miro, Figma) and building prototypes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
