DigiKey Global Capability Center is seeking a technically adept content developer to craft clear, reusable knowledge for DigiKey’s Tech Forum and related materials.
You will translate inquiries into knowledge assets, moderate discussions for accuracy, and continuously improve content quality while supporting regional initiatives and customer inquiries.
Technical Content Development & Knowledge Scaling (≈50–55%)
- Create clear, accurate technical content including forum posts, tutorials, application guidance, and Q&A responses.
- Translate customer inquiries into reusable, searchable technical knowledge.
- Ensure content reflects practical application, including tradeoffs and limitations.
- Maintain and update previously published content.
- Identify gaps in knowledge coverage and proactively develop content.
Tech Forum Platform Ownership & Moderation (≈20–25%)
- Own day-to-day operation and upkeep of DigiKey’s Tech Forum.
- Moderate discussions to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure responses create reusable knowledge.
- Improve forum structure and usability.
Technical Question Response & Insight Generation (≈15–20%)
- Respond to technical questions within the Tech Forum ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Interpret datasheets and specifications for correct usage.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Identify recurring questions to inform content priorities.
Regional & Cross-Functional Support (≈5–10%)
- Support regional marketing initiatives with technical content.
- Assist in responding to customer technical inquiries from other regions (e.g., U.S.) during periods of high demand.
Work is performed through independent technical analysis and structured content development. Activities include reviewing questions, creating content, and managing forum discussions. Outputs must be accurate, practical, and reusable.
- Foundational electronics knowledge and component understanding.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Typically 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
