Job summary

DigiKey Electronics in India is seeking a Technical Content Developer to create clear technical content, translate inquiries into reusable knowledge, and ensure practical application insights for engineers. You will own DigiKey’s TechForum operations, moderate discussions, and provide accurate responses, while identifying gaps to drive content priorities and collaborating with regional

• Technical Content Development & Knowledge Scaling
  • Create clear, accurate technical content including forum posts, tutorials, application guidance, and Q&A responses.
  • Translate customer inquiries into reusable, searchable technical knowledge.
  • Ensure content reflects practical application, including tradeoffs and limitations.
  • Maintain and update previously published content.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge coverage and proactively develop content.
• TechForum Platform Ownership & Moderation
  • Own day-to-day operation and upkeep of DigiKey’s TechForum.
  • Moderate discussions to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Ensure responses create reusable knowledge.
  • Improve forum structure and usability.
• Technical Question Response & Insight Generation
  • Respond to technical questions within the TechForum ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Interpret datasheets and specifications for correct usage.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Identify recurring questions to inform content priorities.
• Regional & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support regional marketing initiatives with technical content.
  • Assist in responding to customer technical inquiries from other regions (e.g., U.S.) during periods of high demand.
