Job summary

AIESEC Mexico is seeking global talents for an internship opportunity focused on supporting cancer patients through technology and innovation. Interns will work on developing AI-powered tools and mobile/web platforms aimed at enhancing patient engagement and care services.

Responsibilities include building applications for symptom tracking and gamified awareness, while also gaining exposure to international workplace cultures. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and possess a Bachelor's degree.

About Sanjeevani - Life beyond cancer

Sanjeevani – Life Beyond Cancer is dedicated to supporting cancer patients and survivors beyond medical treatment by addressing their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. The organization works towards enabling individuals to rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity through counseling, community outreach and integrative care approaches.

The Application Development Intern will contribute to the design, development and enhancement of digital platforms that support cancer care services, patient engagement and internal program management. This role aims to leverage technology to strengthen healthcare delivery systems and improve accessibility, efficiency, and impact of Sanjeevani’s initiatives. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in building real‑world applications within the social sector.

• Digital Cancer Support: Build AI-powered tools, symptom tracking, and mobile/web platforms for patient, caregiver, and survivor support, extending services beyond physical centers.
• AI & Data Analytics: Leverage AI for outreach, impact analysis, predictive insights, and decision-making dashboards.
• Gamified Awareness & Prevention: Develop interactive apps and reward-based learning tools to promote cancer awareness, healthy lifestyles, and youth engagement.
• Mental Health & Survivorship Support: Create digital support programs, guided wellness content, and peer-support communities.
• Product Development & Innovation Hub: Prototype AI solutions, test new applications, and develop MVPs to drive continuous innovation.
