About Sanjeevani - Life beyond cancer

Sanjeevani – Life Beyond Cancer is dedicated to supporting cancer patients and survivors beyond medical treatment by addressing their emotional, psychological, and social well‑being. The organization works towards enabling individuals to rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity through counseling, community outreach, and integrative care approaches.

The Research Intern will support the development of Sanjeevani’s Research Wing, focusing on building evidence-based practices in integrative oncology. The role involves assisting in research design, literature review, data collection, and program evaluation to improve quality of life and outcomes for individuals across the cancer care continuum. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in psycho‑oncology research, program evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Conduct literature reviews and summarize research findings related to psycho‑oncology and cancer care.
• Assist in data collection through interviews, documentation, transcription, and record management.
• Support data entry, analysis, coding, and preparation of reports, charts, and summaries.
• Contribute to program monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for research activities.
• Research industry trends and assist in creating content, reports, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide administrative support through presentations, meeting participation, and research documentation.
