We are looking for a curious and proactive Product Intern who is eager to learn how impactful digital products are built and improved. In this role, you will work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to understand user needs, shape product ideas, and support product development. You will contribute to research, planning, and analysis that guide product decisions and improvements. This opportunity is ideal for someone analytical, collaborative, and excited about solving real-world problems through technology.

Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to support the development and timely delivery of product features while ensuring alignment across teams.

• User & Market Research

Conduct user research, analyze competitor products and gather insights to better understand customer needs and support informed product decisions.

• Product Planning & Documentation

Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, organizing product backlogs and supporting roadmap discussions with new ideas and insights.

• Data Analysis & Product Improvement

Analyze product performance and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancement.

• Operational & Product Support

Support day-to-day product activities including sprint planning, QA testing, documentation and initiatives focused on improving overall customer satisfaction and product success.
