Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Application Developer to build, maintain and modernize Windows-based applications within the GHG ecosystem. You will ensure reliable software, support legacy systems, and align Windows and Linux implementations during transition and decommissioning.

The role requires strong software engineering skills, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and active participation in Agile development processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience.

Mission

The Application Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Windows-based applications and engineering tools within the GHG ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions, supporting legacy applications, improving system performance, and ensuring alignment between Windows and Linux implementations throughout the transition and decommissioning phases. The position requires strong software engineering skills, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and active participation in Agile development processes. Participate in knowledge transfer activities with the current GHG team.

• Design & implement non regression tests to reinforce tests after évolutions implementation.
