Qualifications

Role Summary:

Join IBM’s Consulting Client Innovation Center in Gurgaon as an Application Consultant – DevOps, where you will collaborate with global clients to implement scalable DevOps and monitoring solutions using the Elastic Stack. You will help organizations enhance system performance, improve log analytics, and drive infrastructure efficiency through proactive monitoring and index optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monitoring processes for critical system metrics.
• Design and build Kibana dashboards with DSL query writing for trend analysis and event correlation.
• Implement and manage Logstash pipelines for real-time data ingestion and processing.
• Lead index management practices to optimize Elastic Stack performance.
• Administer production systems using Elastic Stack (ELK) components.
• Deliver low-level design and development for ELK-based reporting and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions.
• Provide data analysis using Elastic Query Language (EQL) and assist in root cause identification.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech).
• 4–5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK) solutions.
• Hands‑on experience in administering ELK in production environments.
• Strong skills in Logstash pipeline development and Kibana visualization.
