Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Development: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve product or feature‑related issues as per defined SLAs.
• Technology Integration & Learning: Stay up to date with modern development tools, frameworks, and practices and apply them to new projects and existing solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred: Master’s Degree

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE stack
• Strong knowledge of React.js or other modern UI frameworks
• Experience with REST API design and integration
• Working knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Good understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming, multi‑threading, and concurrent system design

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure
• Understanding of cloud‑native application development and DevOps best practices
