Job summary

Outscale Partners seeks an experienced Application Consultant – Avature to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Avature solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary delivery lead, manage client relationships, drive solution design, oversee configuration quality, and ensure successful go-live and adoption.

The role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and consulting with a focus on scalable talent acquisition and CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in HR technology, talent acquisition systems, CRM/ATS, or enterprise software consulting.
• Hands-on Avature platform configuration and implementation across ATS, CRM, Candidate Portals, Workflows, Automation, Permissions.
• Experience leading end-to-end client implementations or major workstreams in enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong consulting experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants or analysts and performing solution reviews.
• Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and cross-functional solution architecture is preferred.

Job Role – Application Consultant – Avature

The Application Consultant – Avature is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the successful design, configuration, and delivery of complex Avature solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, consulting, and implementation expertise to deliver scalable talent acquisition and CRM solutions aligned with client objectives.

As the primary delivery lead for assigned engagements or workstreams, the consultant manages client relationships, drives solution design, oversees configuration quality, facilitates testing and user acceptance, and ensures successful project execution.

The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship to Functional Analysts, contributes to delivery standards, reusable assets, and best practices, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, maintainable solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Preferred) / Remote (Exceptional Candidates)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Avature certification is highly encouraged and preferred for this role.

Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition Systems, CRM, ATS, or enterprise software consulting.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with Avature platform configuration and implementation across ATS, CRM, Candidate Portals, Workflows, Automation, Permissions, and related modules.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end client implementations or major workstreams within enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience conducting business discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go‑live support.
• Strong consulting experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
