Job summary

upGrad is seeking a proactive Application Associate to manage end-to-end student applications for overseas universities across destinations such as Italy, Germany and Canada. You will counsel students on suitable courses, collect documents, and ensure timely submissions.

You will coordinate with counsellors, visa teams, and universities, track CRM records, and strive to deliver a smooth application experience while maintaining high student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with study abroad/admissions experience preferred.
• Strong counselling and communication skills.
• Familiarity with visa processes and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Associate to manage end-to-end student applications for overseas universities across destinations such as the Italy, Germany, Canada.

• Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
• Manage applications from documentation to submission and follow-up.
• Assist with SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other application documents.
• Review applications for accuracy and admission compliance.
• Coordinate with counsellors, visa/finance teams, and universities.
• Track applications, update CRM records, and resolve application-related issues.
• Ensure a smooth application experience and maintain student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad, admissions, counselling, or international education.
• Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales/student recruitment exposure is preferred.
• Knowledge of visa processes such as I-20, CAS, and GTE is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
