Job summary

Mobileware Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Application & Systems Analyst (UAT) to manage end-to-end UAT testing, NPCI certification, client testing, merchant onboarding, PSP integration, and production readiness.

You will drive UAT cycles, support NPCI certification, perform API testing and log analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams while mentoring juniors. Work from office in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in UAT testing or application support.
• Strong knowledge of digital payments such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AePS, or API Banking.
• Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Tomcat, API testing, and defect management tools like JIRA/TestRail.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAT cycles, client testing, defect tracking and issue resolution.
• Support NPCI certification, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Perform API testing, PSP integrations, troubleshooting, and log analysis.

• Handle production issues, escalations, deployments, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams, while guiding junior team members.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in UAT testing, application support, or system analysis.
• Strong knowledge of digital payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AePS, or API Banking.
• Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Apache Tomcat, API testing, and defect management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Understanding of deployment, configuration management, incident management, and NPCI certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
