Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support in Appian development.
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure project alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
