LTM is seeking an experienced Appian developer to join our team in Pune. You will translate requirements into Appian flows, automate business processes, and design scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements to business processes and contribute to code development, maintenance, and reporting using Appian. The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, hands-on Appian work (including Process Model, SAIL, Rules), and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Min 5 years of IT experience and 3 yrs Appian hands-on experience.
• Experience in automating business workflows using Appian.
• Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows
• Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes
• Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
• Hands on experience with Process model, SAIL, Expression Rules, Integration.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party system
• Good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions.
• Experience in DB management.
• Excellent understanding Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security and CDT
• Experience in designing the reports and develop those using Appian
• Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian.
• Good knowledge of Agile Scrum and knowledge of tools like JIRA
• Must be Appian Level 3 certified
• Soft Skills Very good in Communication
• Educational Qualification- Bachelor's in Engineering (any) and above

Responsabilidades
