Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Appian Developer with 2+ years of Appian experience to design, develop and implement Appian components per FRD. You will integrate with SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, and RPA systems, and support UAT/PROD issues through Jira.

Strong SQL skills and documentation experience are required, with deployment via Bitbucket/GIT and active code reviews. A senior certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–12 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Appian development.
• Nice to have Appian L2 (Senior Developer) certification.
• Design, develop and implement Appian components based on FRD and lifecycle.
• Expertise in integrations with External Systems using Web APIs, Integration Objects and Web Services.
• Experience in Appian integration with SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce and RPA desirable.
• Deep knowledge of SQL queries and functions.
• Documentation of technical specifications and user manuals.
• Deployment of solutions via Bitbucket and GIT.
• Active participation in code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
• Provide technical support to UAT/PROD users via Jira and fix CRs/Defects.
• Led Appian best practices and governance with client sponsors.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Overall, 2-12 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years of relevant Appian Dev. Experience.
• Good to have Appian L2 (Senior Developer) certified.
• Design, develop, and implement Appian components primarily Interfaces and Process Models based on signed off FRD adhering to best practices. Participated in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and assisted testing in UAT and PROD.
• Expertise in Integrations with External Systems using Web APIs, Integration Objects and Web Services.
• Experience in Appian Integration with SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce and RPA desirable.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of writing SQL queries and functions.
• Should have written and maintained documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Deployed the developed solutions via Bitbucket and GIT.
• Should be an active participant in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Should have actively tracked and provided technical support to UAT/PROD users by fixing CRs/Defects logged through JIRA.
• Led the Appian best practices and governance oversight alongside client sponsors.
