• Appian L3 Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Appian.
• Define end-to-end architecture and technical design for Appian-based solutions.
• Build scalable, reusable, and loosely coupled application components.
• Lead development, stabilization, enhancement, and production support activities.
• Create and maintain data models, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Work on change requests, enhancements, and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct technical reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Follow release management and code deployment processes across environments.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Provide after-hours support when required for critical business applications.
