Job summary

StylSmyth is seeking an Apparel PLM Executive to manage product information from development to production. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure accurate data in PLM systems and smooth product flow across all stages of the fashion lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep PLM/ERP experience in apparel and can coordinate with international clients, driving precise product information and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience with PLM/ERP systems in apparel/fashion industries.
• Understanding of apparel product development and lifecycle processes.
• Strong working knowledge of PLM/ERP software.
• Good written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal teams and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage product information throughout the apparel lifecycle from development to production.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and other teams to ensure smooth development.
• Update styles, materials, measurements, colourways and specifications in PLM systems.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure all required product information is available at each development stage.
• Support the team in managing product workflows and timelines across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date throughout development.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Apparel PLM Executive to support the product lifecycle of apparel and fashion products through PLM systems. The role involves working closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and other teams to manage product information and support the smooth flow of products from development to production.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of apparel product development and lifecycle processes, along with working knowledge of PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product information throughout the apparel product lifecycle, from development to production.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and other teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Update and manage product details such as styles, materials, measurements, colourways, and specifications in PLM systems.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure all required product information is available at each stage of development.
• Support the team in managing product workflows and timelines across different stages of the fashion product lifecycle.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date throughout the development process.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 13 years of experience working with PLM/ERP systems, preferably in the apparel, fashion, or fashion imports industry.
• Understanding of apparel product development and lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of PLM/ERP software.
• Good understanding of fashion and apparel product terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage product information accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and international clients.
