Artech L.L.C. seeks an experienced APM Specialist to design and optimize observability across enterprise platforms. You will implement Datadog APM, dashboards, and alerting, ensuring end-to-end performance monitoring for cloud-native applications on GCP and Kubernetes.

The role requires strong RCA capabilities, hands-on practice with distributed tracing across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure, and a focus on reliability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, and Performance Engineering.
• Hands-on Datadog APM and Observability implementation in production environments.
• Experience with cloud-native apps, microservices architectures, and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog.
• Configure and optimize Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetics, and Dashboards.

We are seeking a highly skilled APM Specialist with 5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, and Performance Engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Datadog APM, cloud-native applications, microservices architectures, Kubernetes environments, and end-to-end troubleshooting across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure layers.

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring application reliability, performance optimization, proactive monitoring, and root cause analysis for enterprise-scale digital platforms deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Performance Monitoring & Observability

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog.

Configure and optimize Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetics, and Dashboards.

Develop meaningful SLIs, SLOs, and SLA monitoring frameworks.

Create real-time dashboards, alerts, anomaly detection models, and performance reports.

Implement distributed tracing and dependency mapping across microservices.

Performance Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis

Monitor application health, performance, availability, and user experience.

Conduct end-to-end troubleshooting across:

Frontend applications, Backend services, APIs and integrations, Databases

Containers and Kubernetes platforms, Investigate application degradation, latency spikes, memory leaks, bottlenecks, and transaction failures.

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action recommendations.

Strong expertise in:

Experience Required: 5+ Years (with at least 3+ years of hands-on Datadog APM and Observability implementation experience in production environments).
