Meta is seeking an APAC Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow relationships with top-tier System Integrators in enterprise services. You will define strategic business plans, drive monetization, and influence product roadmaps through executive engagements in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to unlock joint revenue opportunities, shape partner enablement, and build scalable go-to-market programs across the region.

Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow relationships with System Integrators (SIs) within our Monetization Partnerships organization. These partners — including firms like Tech Mahindra, Persistent, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, etc — serve as critical multipliers in Meta's partner ecosystem, enabling enterprise clients to activate Meta's products at scale through implementation services, managed solutions, and AI-powered delivery.This role will own the end-to-end strategic relationship with top tier regional and global systems integrators, driving incremental revenue by enabling partners to build practices around Meta's monetization products — including ads, business messaging, commerce, and emerging AI agent capabilities. You will serve as the connective tissue between Meta's product roadmap and the partner's go-to-market execution, translating product capabilities into scaled revenue through joint solutions development and co-sell motions.

• Influence Meta's product roadmap through structured partner feedback loops

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic relationships with System Integrators, management consultancies, or enterprise technology services firms
• Track record of driving measurable revenue and/or product adoption through partner channels
• Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through partner and market insights
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced technology environment
• Experience applying analytical methods to size market opportunities (TAM), prioritize partner investments, and measure partner performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Knowledge of client stacks and ecosystems
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Direct experience working at or with Accenture, Deloitte, CapGemini, IBM, or similar System Integrators
