Job summary

Cashflo in Mumbai is building India’s largest B2B payments platform and seeks a detail-oriented Operations/Data Specialist to join the core team. You will own data trackers, vendor onboarding processes, and cross-functional data requests to keep a fast-paced startup running smoothly.

The role emphasizes Excel expertise, experience with HubSpot, and accurate CRM mappings between vendors and buyers, with a bias for execution and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate with any stream; Commerce/Economics/Business preferred.
• Strong command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience with web-based tools like HubSpot, Metabase, Retool, Google Sheets, Airtable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update internal trackers and operational reports to ensure smooth coordination between teams.
• Support vendor lifecycle operations, including onboarding, status classification, and platform setup through internal tools.
• Coordinate and execute data-related tasks such as outstanding uploads, fee reconciliations, and platform fee summaries.
• Handle operational tickets related to vendor requests like payment extensions, fee modifications, and cancellations via email/WhatsApp.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill ad hoc data requests and ensure accurate CRM (HubSpot) mappings between vendors and buyers.

The platform already processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices every month, across 300,000 MSMEs and 1200+ corporates; with 30+ lenders plugged in for credit. Globally, companies in this space, like Coupa, Bill.com, Melio, C2FO, Tipalti, have witnessed tremendous success over the past decade doing $ Billion+ disbursements weekly and cumulatively valued over $50 Billion.

You will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India) and General Catalyst ($15 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.).
