Job summary

PUMO TECHNOVATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an ANSYS FEA and CFD Trainer for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore. You will design and deliver structured training modules using ANSYS tools, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical lab sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ANSYS-based FEA and CFD, including model setup, meshing, boundary conditions, post-processing, and validation of results.
• Solid understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural analysis for mechanical disciplines.
• Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse learners.
• Proficiency in preparing training materials (manuals, presentations, exercises, case studies) and using standard productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering; certifications in FEA/CFD are an advantage.
• Experience in industry simulation, product design, R&D, or analysis projects is desirable.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an ANSYS FEA and CFD Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver structured training modules in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS tools, including preparation of lesson plans, presentations, and practical lab sessions. Responsibilities include demonstrating software workflows, guiding learners through simulation projects, clarifying theoretical concepts, and providing feedback on assignments and assessments. The trainer will support curriculum development, update training content to reflect current industry practices, and collaborate with the academic and placement teams to align learning outcomes with employer expectations. The role also involves mentoring learners, maintaining training records, and ensuring that sessions are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in simulation, product design, R&D, or analysis projects is highly desirable.
