Job summary

CADD Centre in Madurai district, Tamil Nadu invites educators to train students across designing, software and theory classes, clarifying doubts and providing industry insights.

You will promote a conducive lab ambience, organize seminars and workshops, manage attendance and records, assist counselors, and support in marketing activities. You may also train trainers at franchises and accompany students on industrial visits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Training students on subjects included in Designing, Softwares and/or theory classes
• Responsible for clarifying doubts, providing subject and industry knowledge as and when approached by students during or after classes
• Responsible for promoting a learning atmosphere and a good ambience with the lab/class room
• Responsible for initiating, organizing and participating in seminars, workshops and competition for students
• Responsible for conducting and organizing department related activities like photography workshop, clay modeling workshop, seminars and workshops on softwares an related topics.
• Responsible for maintaining students attendance
• Responsible for evaluating students records and giving them more insight on the same
• Responsible motivating and supporting students on creating short films for Anigra
• Responsible for organizing students to attend events relate to Animation and Multimedia
• Motivating students to participate in both internal and external competitions and supporting them on the same
• Responsible for cleanliness of the class room/lab and the infrastructure
• Responsible for communicating students regarding holidays, batch offset and about activities being conducted
• Responsible for students satisfaction and to derive students reference out of the them
• Responsible for supporting in marketing related activities like Seminars, workshop, stall, etc.
• Responsible to conduct classes at colleges/schools whenever there is need.
• Responsible to train the trainers of other RSC/Franchisee centres as communicated by corporate
• Creating and maintaining a library of materials, magazines and relevant study materials
• Accompanying students on Industrial visits/workshops and other related activity
• Responsible for assisting counselors doing counseling session and necessary demo
• Responsible for maintaining records on subjects/syllabus completed by each student
• Maintaining records/projects submitted by the students
• Responsible for softwares installed in the system. Should maintain a complete record of each system
• Maintaining the systems in working condition
• Communicating with other departments regarding system availability and Batch projection
