Upstox in Mumbai is seeking a confident Anchor to be the face and voice of our brand across digital platforms. You’ll turn complex market concepts into content people want to watch, hosting live sessions and interviews that build trust and boost our online presence.

You will create engaging content on markets, investing, and personal finance across video, live, and social formats, and collaborate with content, marketing, and research teams to shape narratives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years anchoring, hosting, or presenting finance/business content.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broad audience.
• Comfort with live formats and unscripted conversations.

We're looking for a confident, camera-ready Anchor to be the face and voice of Upstox across our digital platforms. You'll create engaging, informative content that simplifies investing for millions of Indians, while hosting live sessions and interviews that build trust and drive our online presence. This is a role for someone who can turn complex market concepts into content people actually want to watch.

What You'll Own

• Create engaging and informative content across video, live, and social formats on markets, investing, and personal finance
• Host live sessions, webinars, and market update shows with confidence and clarity
• Conduct interviews with industry experts, traders, and internal stakeholders
• Build and grow Upstox's online presence and audience engagement across platforms
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and research teams to shape narratives and formats

What we're looking for

• Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
• Prior experience (3 to 6 years) anchoring, hosting, or presenting content (finance/business content experience a plus)
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broad audience
• Comfort with live formats, interviews, and unscripted conversations
• A strong personal or professional online presence, or the ability to build one
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with content and marketing teams
