Job summary

Upstox is seeking an Associate Director – Product (Wealth | Investor Platform) to shape the investor‑first platform. You will define the vision, strategy, and execution for Stocks, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Fixed Income products, delivering a seamless user experience.

Lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with design, technology, marketing, and operations to launch high‑impact fintech features, guided by data and user insights. Strong leadership and fintech background required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in building and scaling B2C products (fintech or high-touch consumer platforms).
• Strong customer empathy with experience translating insights into exceptional product experiences.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Highly analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
