Overview
The Human Resources Services (HRS) team provides global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. This Analyst role will support, enhance, and optimize the Workday ecosystem in the Bengaluru office, working onsite five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business rules.
- Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support for production and non‑production environments.
- Work closely with HRS, business stakeholders and vendors to understand integration and automation needs.
- Provide technical expertise during enhancements and projects.
- Document processes, integration flows, and technical specifications for ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.
- Proactively recommend process improvements and emerging technology solutions.
- Act as a mentor/resource for junior analysts and peers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
- 1–2 years of experience with Workday Extend application development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
