Job summary

Flex, located in Chennai, seeks an Analyst – Intercompany to support invoice processing (trade and non-trade) and balance sheet reconciliations. Responsibilities include resolving invoice discrepancies, posting accruals, and delivering MIS reports while maintaining strict deadlines.

The role requires 0–1 year in accounting/AP, strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. A Finance/Commerce degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of MS applications.
• 0–1 year of accounting/AP experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate Interco invoices (Trade & Non-Trade) per SOPs.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and drive timely payments to internal suppliers.
• Prepare MIS reports and interco aging; track past dues and resolve issues.
• Suggest and post rectification entries for QC-identified errors.
• Reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers with trial balance; complete month-end close tasks.
• Support balance sheet reconciliation and post- month-end activities with site finance.
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain daily productivity log and support ongoing process improvements.
