Job summary

Flex is hiring an Analyst – VMF located in Chennai. The role focuses on learning VMF processes, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of VMF requests. You will validate BOT submissions, manage vendor data, and monitor KPIs to drive data accuracy and performance.

The ideal candidate has finance education (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA) with strong accounting knowledge, English communication, and analytical skills, and should be comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA with 60%+ aggregate is preferred.
• Basic MS Office (MS Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn VMF processes and maintain records as required.
• Process all VMF requests from submission to completion within TAT.
• Validate BOT-created VMF requests on the day of creation.
• Maintain vendor records in the Vendor Management System with accuracy.
• Verify vendor information, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Track vendor performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
