Qualifications

• When available, a 4-year bachelor in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3–6 years in supply chain/import/export.
• Alternative: 4-year bachelor in Mechanical/Production Eng plus 2-year Master with 1–4 years in mechanical supply chain.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement functions including Compliance Management and HS Classification.
• Manage Contract Management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform risk assessment, market analysis, forecasting and data reporting.
• Oversee inventory management, price and cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate supply chain activities and project management across teams.

Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

• 4-Year bachelor s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering
• 3 to 6 years experience in supply chain, Import/export and Execution methodologies in mechanical categories

OR

• 4-Year bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering
• 2-Year Master Degree in Mechanical engineering/Production Engineering
• 1 to 4 years experience in supply chain, Import/export and Execution methodologies in mechanical categories

Key technical skills and knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of various manufacturing process like casting, Fabrication, injection molding etc.
• Understanding on tariff determination HS classification governance
• Understanding on Import Export compliance regulations
• Ability to identify material used, manufacturing process, etc.
• Sound problem-solving and data analytical skills.
• System Knowledge : ERP systems its application
• Advanced Excel ( Pivot Tables, Power query etc.)
• Proficiency in Creo a plus
• Project / Program Management skills

- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively man

age tasks/priorities.

• Effective communication in English is must.
• Microsoft office package - Excel and PowerPoint. - Experienced user.
