Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and IT staff to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Modify scripts and programs using basic programming knowledge.
• Identify better ways to solve technical problems and challenge status quo.

• Create/maintain Disaster Recovery plans and participate in DR testing.

• Partner with the development team, business support, end users, and other IT personnel to support and implement end to end solutions.
• Use basic programming knowledge to create or modify scripts and programs.
• Constantly looks for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution by not being afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Mentor and coach others on the team.
• Support existing software systems and platforms and hook in applications to applicable data sources
• Write both unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks
• Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and participate in DR Testing
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to understand the application that is being transferred to support.
