Job summary

Zeta Global in Hyderabad seeks a Business SOX Analyst to plan and execute SOX compliance through tests of design and operating effectiveness for financial reporting controls.

Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience in SOX. You will contribute to control testing, documentation, and reporting to senior leaders while collaborating with process owners across the business.

Qualifications

• CA with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience in SOX compliance.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and testing.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Annual review of the existing RCMs and support in updating changes based on process/people changes.
• Draft language for newly added SOX controls, review with process owners and stakeholders.
• Perform the process walk-through and Test of Design for assigned SOX controls.
• Document testing observations and support remediation planning.
• Complete OE testing and review observations with reporting manager and process owner.
• Follow up with process owners for improvement opportunities to ensure sustenance of controls.
• Prepare periodic SOX updates for Senior Leadership and Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful execution of SOX strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of the internal control environment.

Job Description

• Perform the process walk through and Test of Design for assigned S-Ox controls.

Education Qualification Required

• Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification with experience in SOX compliance.
