Job summary

AAA Global is seeking an experienced Data Analytics (Corporate Actions) professional to join their Financial Research group in Hyderabad. The role involves tracking corporate actions globally, analyzing price impact, and delivering data-driven insights to support trading and investment decisions.

You will validate data from multiple sources, build analytical reports, and collaborate with front office and technology teams on real-time workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in financial research, data analytics, or corporate actions processing.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions and market impact.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux.

We are partnering with a leading global hedge fund, to hire an experienced Data Analytics (Corporate Actions) professional to join their Financial Research group.

The team works closely with Financial Research, Front Office, and Technology functions to manage critical data processes and deliver analytical support across quantitative and discretionary investment strategies.

The Role-

Key Responsibilities-

• Track and maintain corporate actions across global markets
• Analyze the impact of corporate actions on stock prices and key event dates
• Validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy
• Build analytical reports that support trading and investment decisions
• Partner with trading desks and technology teams on real-time data workflows
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiency initiatives

We are looking for candidates with-

• Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience in financial research, data analytics, or corporate actions processing
• Strong understanding of corporate actions and market impact
