We are looking for candidates to join the Data Analytics team within our Financial Research group based in Hyderabad. The team partners closely with teams across Financial Research, as well as with Front Office and Technology functions, to manage critical data processes and deliver structured analytical support across the firm’s quantitative and discretionary investment strategies.
In this role, you will track and maintain corporate actions for companies across global markets. You will analyze and quantify the impact of corporate actions on stock prices, with a focus on key event dates and terms of the corporate actions. You will ensure data accuracy by validating inputs across multiple sources. You will create value-added analyses and reports that directly support trading and investment decision‑making. You will interact closely with trading desks and technology teams to deliver timely and reliable corporate actions data used in real‑time trading and research workflows. You will work independently with global teams, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive efficiency enhancements. You will also collaborate with and support talented colleagues, contributing through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
A Master’s degree in Finance or an equivalent discipline, with 1–2.5 years of relevant experience in financial research, data analysis, or corporate actions processing
Demonstrated working knowledge of corporate actions and a clear understanding of how corporate actions impact market prices
The ability to be detail‑oriented and capable of handling market‑sensitive corporate actions data with accuracy and sound judgment
An interest in finance, along with a demonstrated analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize information effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis techniques, and basic Unix/Linux environments
