Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Finance RTR professional in Pune to drive Record to Report activities in line with SLAs. The role emphasizes GL, month-end close, intercompany and asset capitalization, with experience in transitioning and stabilizing processes.

Proficiency in SAP ECC/S4 and Oracle is mandatory; Power BI/Power Apps are a plus. Collaboration with RTR GFA and other workstreams is essential for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Record to Report and GL activities including bank reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing processes.
• Experience with intercompany, netting and hedge accounting.
• Ability to collaborate with RTR GFA and other workstreams to improve processes.
• Experience in transition and stabilization of processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring Record to Report activities meet SLAs.
• Manage project progress, budgets, and capitalization of assets.
• Support end-to-end processes and understand system touchpoints.
• Collaborate with RTR GFA and other workstreams to improve process results.
• Ensure smooth month-end close.

Job description

Day to Day Activities:

• Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring Record to Report activities are performed as per customer expectations and service level agreements
• Drive Customer Experience in adopting a solution-oriented approach in accomplishment of key SLA, customer requirements.
• Project Management - tracking project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely capitalization of assets
• Experience in transitioning and stabilizing the process would be preferable
• In-depth knowledge of GL activities like bank reconciliations, other balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany, netting, hedge, fixed assets accounting
• Adhering and ensuring smooth month end close
• Supports end to end processes and has good understanding of system touch points.
• Responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge
• Work in partnership with RTR GFA and other GFA workstreams on improving process results and processes

SAP ECC & S4 /Oracle knowledge is mandatory

Power BI/Power App knowledge is added advantage
