Job summary

Avendus in India seeks an Analyst, Private Credit - Structured Credit Fund India, Permanent, to support financial and commercial due diligence of clients, analyze financial statements, prepare comparables, modeling and valuations, and contribute to pitching and business development.

You will be involved in collateral materials, due diligence process management, and overall deal coordination with senior team.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Private Credit.
• Excellent written & spoken English is a must.
• Self-starter with high energy and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and commercial due diligence of clients including analysis of financial statements, comparables, modeling and valuations.
• Participate in business development activities to reach out to potential clients.
• Prepare internal memos/pitches with strong qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Create information base around verticals to identify trends and drivers.
• Conduct multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages and reports.
• Collateral preparation including financial model, investor memorandum and data book with insights.
• Manage the due diligence process and front the relationship with client representatives.
• Assist in deal coordination with the senior team in portfolio monitoring.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Support the team infinancial and commercial due diligence of the clients including a nalysis and interpretationof financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable,modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.
• Participation with theteam in business development activities to reach out to potential clients
• Preparinginternal documents and memos / pitches for prospective deal situations with strongqualitative and quantitative analysis
• Creating a well-roundedinformation base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allowsthe team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory,etc.
• Comfortable inundertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industryand company reports

Deal Execution

• Collateral preparation including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data bookwith analysis and insights.
• Manage the due diligence process, gradually frontend the relationship with the respective client representatives
• Assist in the overall deal coordination with the senior team in monitoringthe portfolio
• Graduates with 1-3 years of experience in Private Credit space.
• Should be a self-starter with a high energy level, orientation for excellence, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent written & spoken English is a must
