This role ensures accurate and timely processing of HR data, supports compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and People Partners. The People Services Analyst also supports process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the People Services team.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Service DeliveryExecute employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes, leaves of absence, others).Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and SOPs.Support mass data uploads, organizational changes, and HR data audits.Inquiry ManagementRespond to Tier 2 HR inquiries from employees and managers via case management tools.Resolve issues related to employee records, policy interpretation, and process exceptions.Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the Senior Analyst People Services or appropriate CoE.Collaboration & Stakeholder SupportPartner with People Partners, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Support onboarding and training of new People Services team members.Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Compliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate documentation of transactions and case resolutions.Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data.Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.Process ImprovementIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to Senior Analyst and Senior Manager.Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and knowledge articles.Participate in system testing and implementation of process enhancements.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably supporting Asian countries.Systems: Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is a plus.Languages: English language is required.Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills.Skills:- Ability to keep track of employee information and maintain organized records.- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.- Capable of making informed decisions and solving problems creatively.- Comfortable with multitasking and able to adapt to changing priorities.- Approachable and empathetic in dealing with employee concerns.Werden Sie Teil des globalen Xylem-Teams und gestalten Sie innovative Technologielösungen mit, die die Nutzung, Verfügbarkeit, den Schutz und die nachhaltige Verwendung von Wasser sicherstellen.Unsere Produkte kommen in der öffentlichen Versorgung, der Industrie, im Wohnbereich und in gewerblichen Gebäuden zum Einsatz - mit dem Ziel, intelligente Maschinen, Anlagen, Messsysteme, Netzwerktechnologien und fortschrittliche Analysen für Wasser-, Strom- und Gasversorger sowie die Industrie bereitzustellen.
