Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is seeking an Analyst-U2 for international processing roles. Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. Work from office 5 days a week, UK shift (12:00 PM to 9:30 PM) with fixed weekends. Transportation within 30 km provided.

You'll handle day-to-day assessment processing tasks, ensure timely outputs, update progress against deadlines and KPIs, and support the team during peak periods. Prior experience in international voice or non-voice processes is required.

• 2–5 years of experience in international BPO (voice or non-voice)

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas and sub-teams of Assessment Processing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of business requirements.
• Complete a range of day-to-day Assessment Processing tasks according to instructions and procedures.
• Update and report progress against schedules, deadlines and KPIs, ensuring output meets quality standards.
• Report processing exceptions and failures with timely, accurate feedback for corrective action.
• Input into planning and updating administrative processes, and supervise temporary staff during peak periods.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in testing changes that affect Assessment Processing.
• Respond to customer queries professionally within SLAs and escalate when necessary.
• Support the wider Assessment Processing Teams by covering staff absence.

Job description

Role: Analyst-U2

Location: Hi-Tech City - Hyderabad

Experience: 2 year - 5 Years (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice)

Work Mode: Work from office (5 days)

Shift: UK (12PM 9:30PM, Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun) Two way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS from the above locations.

Key accountabilities:

• Work across all areas and sub-teams of Assessment Processing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our business requirements.
• Responsible for the completion of a range of day-to-day tasks of Assessment Processing tasks/outputs according to agreed working instructions and agreed procedures.
• Updating and reporting your progress against agreed schedules, deadlines and KPIs. You are responsible for ensuring your output complies with agreed quality standards.
• Report any processing exceptions not covered by the working instructions so that the appropriate course of action may be agreed and taken. Report any processing failures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide input into the planning and review of administrative processes, checking and updating working documents and procedures.
• Supervise temporary staff during peak processing periods and support other administrators within the department.
• Use experience gained in administering process/tasks to input into ideas for process improvement and get involved in the testing of those improvements and/or other changes (procedural or system related) that affect Assessment Processing.
• Responsible for responding to customer queries in a positive and professional manner, ensuring enquiries are managed effectively within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalating them to your manager when necessary.
• Support the wider Assessment Processing Teams by delivering other work as assigned by your manager e.g. covering staff absence.
