MRO Corp is seeking an Analyst - ROI Operations to manage and analyze healthcare data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our health care clients. This role supports operational efficiency and data integrity, crucial for sustaining MRO's commitment to quality service.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with shifts, and must be proficient in MS Office and data processing tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA).
• Ability to work in different shifts.
• Knowledge of data entry best practices and techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with data processing software/tools is a plus.
• Experience: 0-3 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc.

This position demands a detail-oriented professional who will ensure high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to data integrity, crucial for sustaining MRO's commitment to quality service in the healthcare industry.
