Job description

1. Conduct desk research on ICDS, the Supplementary Nutrition Program (SNP), ECCE, and POSHAN 2.0, including program guidelines, workflows, and evaluation studies.
2. Review national and state guidelines, circulars, policy frameworks, and published literature to extract actionable insights.
3. Identify AI/digital use cases by analyzing operational gaps, data patterns, and workflow challenges within ICDS and the POSHAN Tracker.
4. Benchmark global and national best practices in nutrition and digital governance to support solution ideation.
5. Analyze health and nutrition system datasets (e.g., growth monitoring data, SNP uptake patterns, POSHAN Tracker usage) to identify gaps and opportunities.
6. Translate insights into briefs, technical notes, policy summaries, and recommendations.
7. Prepare high-quality meeting minutes, presentations, progress notes, and documentation for senior MoWCD officials.
8. Maintain structured trackers for decisions, deliverables, risks, and project workflows.
9. Coordinate with MoWCD divisions, state ICDS teams, and technical agencies.
10. Participate in technical meetings, consultations, and workshops, and document outcomes.
11. Support field insights generation, requirements gathering, or workflow validation as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Data Science, Nutrition, Development Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
