Responsibilities
Program Design & Strategic Planning
Lead program scoping, situational analysis, and stakeholder consultations to define system objectives and design.
Integrate nutrition and maternal–child health data workflows across ICDS, RBSK, DEICs, SNCUs, and NRCs.
Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with government priorities, GRs, and MoUs.
Support coordination for policy alignment between WCD and Public Health Departments.
System Development & Product Management
Develop clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for engineering and design teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work with developers and data teams to ensure interoperability between Poshan Tracker, NURTURE, and new systems.
Oversee dashboard design and feature prioritization for web and mobile platforms.
Support user acceptance testing and manage product release timelines.
Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering teams, policy leaders, Product Experts, and external stakeholders.
Implementation & Capacity Building
Plan and oversee training for ICDS Supervisors, NRC staff, and others as needed on system use.
Oversee the field support communication and resolution process by tracking via a ticketing system, ensuring timely communication of issue status and root causes to all stakeholders, such as district officers.
Ensure data quality through data analysis, feedback, and other protocols.
Conduct field visits and supervision in Maharashtra districts.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
Develop frameworks and indicators for monitoring referral pathways, treatment adherence, and case outcomes.
Generate reports and dashboards for state and district-level decision-making.
Coordinate with MEL and impact evaluation teams to design research protocols, baselines, and dashboards.
Contribute to donor and government reports, highlighting progress and learnings.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
Serve as liaison between government officials (WCD, PHD, Tribal Dept) and other partners.
Organize high-level review meetings and prepare presentations for state officials.
Support advocacy for digital nutrition tracking institutionalisation.
