Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India LLP is seeking an Analyst IT Security II (IND) to join the InfoSec team to support global SSL operations and security controls. The role focuses on configuring integrations in ServiceNow SecOps, administering SecOps modules, monitoring data quality, and coordinating vulnerability management with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with hands-on vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with Qualys vulnerability management tool.
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Configure tool integrations into the ServiceNow platform, monitor integration performance, and conduct root cause analysis when performance degradation is detected
• Act as a system administrator for the SecOps modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Monitor overall data quality
• Ensure logic is implemented to assign detected vulnerabilities to the appropriate responsible parties and adjust as necessary
• Review developed scripts, background jobs, etc. and conduct user testing to facilitate the change management process through all environments
• Investigate and document platform issues and facilitate issue remediation with the Elevance Health platform team or ServiceNow support
• Serve as a ServiceNow SecOps SME and provide support to stakeholders needing assistance in the platform
• Generate reports and dashboards in ServiceNow

JOB PURPOSE

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Analyst IT Security II within our InfoSec team to help and support global SSL teams within the information security.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Associate will be responsible for the following:

• Configure tool integrations into the ServiceNow platform, monitor integration performance, and conduct root cause analysis when performance degradation is detected


• Act as a system administrator for the SecOps modules within the ServiceNow platform


• Monitor overall data quality

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years (3-4+) with good hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years (4-6+)


• Experience with working on Vulnerability Management tools such as Qualys.


• Experience with ServiceNow Administration & DevSecOps

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules highly preferred


• Ability to review written code and understand the platform impact


• Ability to conduct thorough investigations and document all findings


• Ability to process large amounts of data while paying strict attention to detail and while maintaining a high degree of data integrity and accuracy


• Ability to perform processes in a reliable and repeatable manner


• Ability to solve problems through structured thinking


• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and succinct fashion


• ServiceNow certifications highly preferred
