Job summary
Carelon Global Solutions India is hiring a Senior Analyst IT Security II to design and run AI-enabled security tooling across our systems. The role focuses on scalable AI infrastructure, threat detection, automated responses, and seamless integration with SIEM/EDR platforms.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years building ML/AI in production, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud AI stacks, Docker/Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud AI infrastructure and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring of models
- Build and optimize AI agents for cybersecurity use cases, including threat detection, triage, and automated response
- Integrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)
- Lead development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for security telemetry
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
- Stay current with advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems) and cybersecurity trends

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our team.This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our organization's systems and data.The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in some or all of the following areas: Next‑generation Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM and log management, scripting and automation, and network security controls (IDS/IPS), coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats.

- Integrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence platforms)
- Experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
- Familiarity with real‑time data processing and streaming frameworks
- Experience in security automation or incident response workflows
- Contributions to open‑source AI or security projects
