Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India seeks a Senior Analyst IT Security II to design, implement, and manage security tools across our AI-driven security platform. The role focuses on NGAV/EDR/SIEM, scripting and automation, and network security controls to protect systems and data.

You will build scalable AI infrastructure for training and deployment, develop AI agents for threat detection and automated response, and integrate AI with existing security tools while mentoring teammates and advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years building and deploying machine learning/AI systems in production.

Responsibilities

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our team. This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our organization's systems and data. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in some or all of the following areas: Next-generation Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM and log management, scripting and automation, and network security controls (IDS/IPS), coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring of models
• Build and optimize AI agents for cybersecurity use cases, including threat detection, triage, and automated response
• Integrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)
• Lead development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for security telemetry
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environments
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
• Stay current with advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems) and cybersecurity trends .

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and system monitoring
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence platforms)
• Experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming frameworks
• Experience in security automation or incident response workflows
• Contributions to open-source AI or security projects
