Job summary

Neo is seeking an Analyst Investments and Corp Dev to join Bhavin Turakhia's Family Office in Mumbai. You will partner with deal teams on portfolio monitoring, financial modelling, and due diligence, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple geographies.

You will evaluate market opportunities, prepare data-driven analyses, and contribute to term sheets and investment materials, with a focus on fintech sectors.

Qualifications

• CA / CFA / Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, transaction/diligence advisory, business valuations, corporate finance, FP&A or other relevant fields
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and data analysis
• Bonus: exposure to the fintech sector or similar high-growth industries

Responsibilities

• Portfolio monitoring: evaluate financial performance by collecting, organizing, and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial and operational updates, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and data books to support investment decisions
• Assist in financial due diligence processes for M&A transactions
• Collaborate in the development of term sheets and other transaction documents
• Conduct comprehensive market research, deep dives, and competitive analysis in targeted sectors
• Support the preparation and presentation of market research findings and investment materials
• Perform market sizing and develop insights into emerging trends and opportunities

About the role

The Analyst Investments and Corp Dev will partner with deal team members on portfolio monitoring and reporting, with approximately 50% of time focused on portfolio monitoring and the remaining dedicated to supporting strategic initiatives , and due diligence on new investment opportunities. The role has a strong focus on portfolio monitoring, alongside financial modelling, project management, and corporate development for Bhavin’s Office across all of his companies and portfolios, and multiple geographies globally (US, EU, India, Middle East and more). The role involves conducting in-depth market analysis, competitive landscaping, and market sizing to inform investment decisions across the portfolio, with a particular emphasis on fintech.
