Analyst – India Partner Network (IPN)

Location: Bangalore

Tenure: contract (convert basis performance)

About Sattva

Sattva Consulting is a global impact consulting firm from India that has been engaging communities, businesses and governments to achieve societal impact at scale since 2009.

We believe that civil society, business and government all have a critical role to play in building an equitable and sustainable world, and we actively partner with all stakeholders to enable impact through advisory, orchestration services, knowledge and data platforms that we have built as public goods for the ecosystem.

Our teams are based in India, Singapore, Denmark and the United Kingdom, and our work has spanned 25 countries and five continents.

About India Partner Network

India Partner Network (IPN) is a tech‑enabled platform incubated by Sattva Consulting to make institutional capacity building more accessible to small and mid‑sized NGOs in India. Since its launch in August 2023, IPN has grown into an ecosystem of over 4,000 NGOs and 6,000 users, with a growing network of partners and service providers.

IPN supports NGOs through knowledge resources, capacity building events, assessments, service‑provider discovery and ecosystem connections.

IPN is now entering its next phase of growth as it transitions into an independent Section 8 entity, ReadyNext IPN Foundation. This role offers an early‑stage opportunity to master digital platform operations while rapidly evolving into a well‑rounded product professional.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high‑ownership, problem‑solving analyst to build the operational backbone of IPN platform products. If you have a basic background or deep curiosity in building digital products, this role is your playground.

This role sits at the intersection of execution excellence and product building. You will start by supporting first and later managing workflows and delivery across IPN products – Events, Directory, Knowledge Resources and additionally, Program support and stakeholder data. Over time, you will look at these operations through a product lens – identifying user friction, utilising low‑code/no‑code tools to automate processes, and translating ground realities into platform feature requirements. It is a unique trajectory designed to transition a sharp operational thinker into a data‑driven product champion.

What you will own
Events & Campaign Operations
  • Manage end‑to‑end event operations, including setup, multi‑team coordination and flawless execution.
  • Support outreach activities across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) to drive user participation and network engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics seamlessly with internal teams and external ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Manage participant data collection, registration trackers and post‑event learning insights.
  • Support post‑event retention through follow‑up communications, resource sharing and feedback loops.
Knowledge Curation & Management
  • Curate highly relevant sector resources, toolkits and knowledge materials for the platform.
  • Support translation and localisation efforts to improve product accessibility for regional grassroots NGOs.
  • Develop derivative knowledge products (quick‑learn videos, visual guides and infographics).
  • Create resource packages and engagement messages (WhatsApp/social media) to drive platform content adoption.
Directory Management & Partner Engagement
  • Support the growth and onboarding of the IPN Service Directory ecosystem.
  • Manage partner profile collection, necessary due diligence and execute platform listing.
  • Support the building of directory partnerships and marketing initiatives to boost discovery.
Program Management & Product Enhancements
  • Maintain internal program trackers, documentation and progress metrics to ensure execution efficiency.
  • Coordinate partner communications, including platform updates and engagement emails.
  • Support data collection, primary and secondary research, quantitative analysis and drafting for donor and partner progress reports and decks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to streamlining processes, while driving continuous feedback loops to align transactions with user expectations and consumption patterns, thus informing actionable product iterations.
What success will look like
In the first 3–6 months
  • Flawless execution and end‑to‑end ownership of IPN events and communications.
  • Streamlined workflow for directory partners with clean, completed profile data.
  • A growing bank of curated, diverse format knowledge content hosted on the platform.
  • A strong foundation of research and stakeholder understanding, allowing you to support stronger partner communications and program design and delivery.
In 12 months
  • You have automated repetitive operational tasks (such as event communications or data compilation or user research) using lean processes and low‑/no‑code tools.
  • You are utilising platform data and user/partner feedback to suggest structural changes to the directory onboarding funnel, event delivery and knowledge adoption formats.
Future Growth Potential

This role is designed to be a product launchpad. As you gain platform product operations and deep dive into programs and data, you will transition from executing the workflows and managing delivery to influencing the product design and strategy.

Over 18–24 months, a high‑performing analyst will have the opportunity to transition into a Product Operations Consultant, serving as the bridge between user/stakeholder realities and product development.

Who we are looking for
Must‑Haves
  • 6 months to 1 yr of experience in program coordination, project management or operations (experience or background in understanding digital products is a strong plus).
  • A proactive learner who is highly adaptable and can quickly build fluency in IPN’s platform features, processes and metrics.
  • Comfortable with data tracking, basic analysis and maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external NGO leaders.
  • Strong organisational skills, execution discipline and absolute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity within a lean team where priorities evolve quickly.
Good‑to‑Haves
  • Familiarity with AI tools, data tools and low‑code/no‑code or automation tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Caude, Clickup, Zapier, Make, n8n, Coda, Mailchimp, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Ability to read, write or work in Hindi or other Indian regional languages to drive vernacular outreach.
  • Prior experience working within the nonprofit ecosystem, B2B platforms or social impact tech models.

You will work closely with the IPN leadership team and collaborate with product, partnerships, events and external consultants. You will report to the IPN Platform and Ecosystem Engagement Lead.
