Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated India is seeking fresh graduates with strong communication skills to support the Hubbell India Master Data Team. You will assist with routine master data tasks, gather Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers, and upload them to Vertex with timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities include data integrity, process improvement analysis, and regular collaboration with customers and Sales teams. Night shift support may be required to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good communication skills.
• Experience handling master data tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales tax exemptions will help.

Responsibilities

• Support master data activities and ad hoc tasks for Hubbell India.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales team and business units to obtain Sales Tax Exemption Certificates.
• Upload certificates to Vertex and ensure data integrity with timely follow-ups.
• Assist in process analysis and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Support night shifts as needed to meet KPIs.
• Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality and quick turnaround.
• Acknowledge all customer and unit requests and coordinate across teams.

We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India Master data Team’s routine, ad hoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is to work with customers, Sales team, business unit contacts for getting Sales tax exemption certificates from customers, uploading those to Vertex, timely follow-ups and any other routine tasks for master data and One Hubbell Finance team.

Support regular follow-ups with customers for sales tax exemption certificates

Upload sales tax exemption certificates to Vertex as per set criteria’s, do regular follow up, ensure data integrity

Participate in analysis and recommend changes for process improvements

Flexible to support during night shift

Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs

Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT

Ensure all requests from customers and business units are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
